TWO LINCOLN TOWER
Social Media Project
I helped manage the social media accounts for Two Lincoln Tower, a luxury apartment complex by the Bellevue Collection. My focus was mainly on the social media platform Instagram. I created posts designed to interact with the audience and promote a strong brand image. I was in charge of writing copy and designing a cohesive aesthetic for the feed.
Customized Instagram Stories
I created customized highlight covers for the Instagram account. The first was for the Neighborhood, which features events happening near Two Lincoln Tower, most of them by the Bellevue Collection. This highlight was designed to help residents feel more at home by exploring outside their home! It also promotes events put on by the Bellevue Collection.
The second highlight, "Residents", was created to feature posts made by the people living in Two Lincoln Tower. This highlight facilitates interactive marketing, and helps residents feel more connected to each other and the company.
The third highlight showcases the amenities residents enjoy at Two Lincoln Tower. This highlight is great for people who are interested in living in the building or who are looking around for a place to live. People viewing this highlight can see all the luxury amenities offered at Two Lincoln Tower.
Creating an Engaging Feed
An engaging feed has three elements. The first is that the photos must be high quality and, when put together, must create a cohesive theme. Luckily, I had many high quality photos to choose from, my job was just to select the right ones that would create a pleasing aesthetic when put together.
My next job was to ensure variety in the posts. Two Lincoln Tower isn't just a building, it's a home, and it was my job to show that. To do this, I made posts about things like amenities, the apartments themselves, things to do nearby, and lifestyle. Altogether, the variety of posts painted a picture of the dynamic, luxury lifestyle one could expect living at Two Lincoln Tower.
Finally, social media posts should have interesting copy that effectively captures the brand voice. Below are some samples of my work.
